We believe that quality wellness and CBD products should be used as a daily, personalized supplement and an individual’s response may vary determined by the length of time used. Therefore, customers are encouraged to try the product for at least 30 days.

We will not issue refunds or credits from a purchase made in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller of MelaMed Premium CBD products or wellness products sold on this site.

If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, MelaMed Wellness will issue a replacement for a single quantity of the products originally purchased. 

All claims made pursuant to this guarantee must be submitted to MelaMed Wellness within 45 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

Damaged Products
