We do share personal information internally and with certain third parties, which may be considered a “sale” under California law even if we don’t receive money in exchange for the information.
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age (all purchasers must be at least twenty one (21) years of age and must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to MelaMed Premium CBD).
